Sarah is
a classical singer, theatre-trained actor and new mother with
a great passion for the Feldenkrais® Method and its ability
to transform people's lives.
Afflicted with tendonitis a decade ago, she tried many kinds
of treatments, and found the Feldenkrais® Method to be her
greatest ally in the recovery process. Through Feldenkrais®,
she discovered a new love of learning and of life, a greatly
improved singing voice, a cure for troubled sleep and for
stress, and a life with more choice.
She began the Feldenkrais® teacher training course in Victoria,
BC, in 2004, and is now certified to teach Awareness Through
Movement® classes.
Sarah has been incorporating Feldenkrais® into her vocal teaching
for many years. In 2005, she began teaching Awareness Through
Movement® at the University of Western Ontario, and is now
a movement coach for the Stratford Festival of Canada.
