Understanding your postpartum body and how it has changed during the 40 weeks of pregnancy and how to help facilitate your journey back safely and wisely.

Understand how your postpartum metabolism is working what you can do with nutrition, exercise and overall wellness to start to get your body on the road to fitness again.

Navigating Your Postpartum Instincts & Finding Balance as a Mother:
Knowing what works and what to expect in the first 6 months. This class will help you learn to trust your instincts with yourself and your babies. It is sometimes difficult to figure out how to organize your priorities as a new mom and still practice self care. How do you find the balance when society expects perfection?
